Dell Boomi has added the following improvements to the September 2017 release of Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
The Connector SDK is updated to v1.2.22 with this release. The updates in the new version allow you to implement test connections and authentication.
NOTE: Custom connector developers are encouraged to learn and collaborate in the newly launched Connector SDK space in the Dell Boomi community.
By clicking the Test Connection button in the connection configuration dialog, you can test an Amazon S3, Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS, AtomSphere API, AtomSphere Partner API, or NetSuite connection before you use it in a process or even before you save the connection settings.
The following enhancements to extensions enable broader mapping capabilities of particular benefit to Dell Boomi partners:
- Data map extensions are honored when the default map includes a function.
- Document cache components that are deployed with integration packs are available for use in Atom and environment extensions.
- The Atom and Environment Map Extension objects exposed in the AtomSphere API support Cross Reference and Document Cache Lookup functions.
RosettaNet standard support for trading partners
With the new RosettaNet standard support for trading partners, you can create and configure a trading partner in AtomSphere using the RosettaNet standard.
Amazon SQS connector
The Amazon SQS connector is expanded to support sending message attributes (up to 10) in documents using dynamic document properties, and an additional Dynamic Queue option when performing a Browse operation to import profiles.
With the new Box connector, you can safely and securely store, access, share, and collaborate on files and content across devices in a cloud-friendly and secure environment.
OData Client connector
OData 4.0 connectivity is expanded with the addition of create, delete, and update operations to the OData Client connector.
NOTE: OData 4.0 connectivity is a Tech Preview not intended for production use.
Sage 50/Peachtree connector
The Sage 50 connector adds support for the 2018 version of that application.
Salesforce Analytics connector
Salesforce Analytics connector users can reference and send JSON metadata when sending CSV files and also dynamically specify the format of outbound data.
